My professional experience includes supporting preschool through college-aged individuals, with a primary focus on middle and high school students.
I work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), autism spectrum disorder, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. I welcome clients with diverse needs and am committed to creating individualized treatment plans that best support each person’s goals.
My Therapeutic Approaches
I utilize evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. My areas of proficiency include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I emphasize flexibility and collaboration to find the most effective approach for each client.
